At Frost & Sprinkle, we Frost & Spectrum, was born from our most personal place—our daughter Talia. She’s autistic, vibrant, curious, and full of life. Through her, we’ve learned that connection comes in many forms, and joy can look different for every person. As parents, we’ve often searched for experiences that would meet her where she is, and we know firsthand how hard that can be.
That’s why we created Frost & Spectrum—to offer other families what we’ve always wanted for ours: a space where neurodiverse individuals feel truly welcomed, accepted, and celebrated.
Jennifer, co-owner of Frost & Sprinkle and proud mom to Talia, is currently studying to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her growing clinical expertise, paired with deep personal insight, allows us to approach each event with intention, sensitivity, and care. She understands the unique joys and challenges that families face and helps ensure every experience is tailored to be comfortable, fun, and empowering.
We don’t aim to change who anyone is. Instead, we create a space where they can shine as they are.

Creative Cake Time™
Audience: All Ages
Duration: 90 minutes
Group Size: 8–25 participants
This hands-on cake decorating experience offers a relaxed and joyful environment where guests can explore their creativity. Each participant decorates their own cake using colorful frosting, edible toppers, and sprinkles. Our approach is gentle, flexible, and focused on fun. Chef hats and aprons are provided, and each creation is boxed to take home.
Cupcake Expression Session™
Audience: All Ages
Duration: 60–75 minutes
Group Size: 6–20 participants
Perfect for casual celebrations or just a meaningful afternoon activity, this session invites guests to decorate four unique cupcakes using a variety of toppings and techniques. There’s no right or wrong way to participate—just space to create freely and enjoy the process. Ideal for individual expression or small group bonding.
